“My experience was excellent. The staff was helpful to me when I needed them, i.e. directions, toothbrush, and even assisted with the printer in the business center. The room did not have a flatscreen tv which did not bother me...it seems irresponsible to our environment and earth to toss our those "bulky tvs" just for the sake of appearance. The tv was nicely placed and worked just fine. The building was quiet and the bed was firm and the parking lot was well-lighted. Thanks!“

“Very convenient and affordable. I needed a place to stay before a very early flight from Bradley and Windsor was all booked up. Happy to have landed here and found the accommodations to be comfortable and just wanted I needed. Happy to grab a drink on site at the bar. I know they have some upcoming renovations and it could be modernized but overall a great night sleep!“

“When in Hartford, The Hartford Plaza Hotel is the go to. The hotel is in a great location, its close to Downtown and not far from Buckland, East Hartford and Manchester. It is also well priced.“
